Very nice. Better than all that digital stuff. Even after scanning there’s real depth to these images.
Thanks, Jack. I generally have them put them on CD when I get them developed. I think they scan the negatives, which helps a lot.
I really should get mine on to CD but there’s just something nice about getting the physical prints that tempts me each time.
Oh don't get me wrong, I got both :)

All the prints are color though, I desaturated them in Photoshop
They turned out very nice! I like the ones of Fluffy a lot. Looks crisp, and a nice smooth transition for DOF.

those are really pretty pictures. and owh fluffy he's such a fluff!!! lol gorgeous!

@reesie: I liked them too. All those shots were taken on automatic too, so I'm pretty impressed with that aspect of the camera.

@ leila: You mean "she" is such a fluff! :)

She is very close to getting her summer shave-down. I was thinking of videotaping it but after seeing how calmly she accepted her bath, I don't think it would be worth it. There will definitely be some before and after photos though

ooops sorry , I cant wait to see photos of Fluffy. I love her photos!! I must say, I've become her big fan lol
Fluffy belonged to Pam's grandmother, so she is basically used to being an old lady's cat. She love being stroked and petted, loves getting her fur brushed and likes any kind of playing where she can just lay there and bat stuff around.

I was glad that I caught her in this pose. I got down on the floor and leaned against the wall to get that angle. well worth getting my old bones down there.

FYI, your package will go this week, I promise. It's in the box, ready to go. Just need to tape it up, address it and ship it.

Definitely well worth getting it.. My mother-in-law-to-be has a cat named fluffy too only this one's a kitten and is a He and he's very mischievious.

Thank you for the package, no hurry dear friend, just take your time, I wouldnt want to miss any of your amazing photos :)

Jeff, I recently bought a Hi-Matic F on eBay, but have yet to push a film through it. It has the smaller 38mm/f2.7 lens but looks very clean. I have recently bought a few of the old film cameras on eBay. You can find stuff that does not come up in the shops.
I agree, you can find some deals on eBay, but shops give you the benefit of getting your hands on the item you are buying.

As you say though, eBay is huge and has global scope. If it's not for sale on there, you're really going to have to do some research to find it!

Very nice, the Fluffy pictures are my fave, looks so soft and dreamy.

I especially like the 'fluffy on couch' which has a very 'plush' aura to it...and the 'fluffly on bed' on which has a retro-ish effect due to it being shot in black&white and the visible film grain. It almost has a human feel to it that anthropomorphises the human experience.

Thanks!
